Hella-good Focaccia
Easy to make focaccia to make even the pickiest animals jump for joy.
Equipment
- 1 9×13 baking dish
- Mixer or Food processor
Ingredients
- 4 cups Bread Flour
- 1 tsp Instant Yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups water
- 1 glug olive oil
Instructions
Preparation
- Coat 9×13" baking dish with Olive Oil
- Mix all the ingredients in dough mixer or food processor
- Put mixed dough into baking dish, spreading evenly
- Add more oil to the top of the dough
- Let the dough rise some. Optionally, cover and put in refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Preheat over to 400°F
- press fingertips in dough to make dents
- Sprinkle salt flakes on top
- Bake for 20-30 minutes
