Hella-good Focaccia

Easy to make focaccia to make even the pickiest animals jump for joy.

Cook Time 20 minutes
Optional bread rising 1 day

Equipment

  • 1 9×13 baking dish
  • Mixer or Food processor

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Bread Flour
  • 1 tsp Instant Yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 glug olive oil

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Coat 9×13" baking dish with Olive Oil
  • Mix all the ingredients in dough mixer or food processor
  • Put mixed dough into baking dish, spreading evenly
  • Add more oil to the top of the dough
  • Let the dough rise some. Optionally, cover and put in refrigerator for 24 hours.
  • Preheat over to 400°F
  • press fingertips in dough to make dents
  • Sprinkle salt flakes on top
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes
