Pecan Pie

Equipment

  • 1 Pie Pan 9"
  • 1 Fork

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Dark Corn Syrup
  • 1/3 cup Melted Butter
  • 2 tbsp Bourbon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Pie Crust

  • 1.25 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  • 10 tbsp unsalted butter cold and cut into cubes
  • 2-4 tbsp ice water as needed

Instructions
 

Pie Crust

  • Mix all the things together with pie crust thingy
  • Press into 9" pie pan

Pie Filling

  • Preheat oven to 375F
  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix
  • Pour ingredients into crust
  • Put pie into oven
  • decorate nicely
