
Pecan Pie
The Most Pecan Pie Ever!
Equipment
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Pie Pan 9"
- 1 Fork
Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Light Corn Syrup
- 1/2 cup Dark Corn Syrup
- 1/3 cup Melted Butter
- 2 tbsp Bourbon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
Pie Crust
- 1.25 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 10 tbsp unsalted butter cold and cut into cubes
- 2-4 tbsp ice water as needed
Instructions
Pie Crust
- Mix all the things together with pie crust thingy
- Press into 9" pie pan
Pie Filling
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix
- Pour ingredients into crust
- Put pie into oven
- decorate nicely
